The situation of the last few weeks has led me to reflect on the sense … of everything that happened to us. Of course, mainly my existential considerations have moved me to think much harder without proper oxygenation of our body. And I have to tell you that airing a room or a flat is unfortunately not enough. Initially, a few days were enough to cover the backlog, there was time to read not only current information (often overclocked to cause some states of anxiety) but above all serious reading. And so overwhelmed and rested, I noticed that I started to pull myself up on the stick myself, weights and returned to playing the bass systematically. Is it from the shoulder of the training to which man has become accustomed over the years? Probably so. And here I come to the point where he should start. Well, I decided to share my training with you. It will not be a typical training with a watch in hand, but a training focused on movement patterns. The premise is to perform it often but briefly. Not many max 30 reps. You will ask what it will give me? Is there any point in training like this? Yeah, by all means! A drop of water falling on a rock will not hollow it – but its frequency of falling. Drop by drop. In this training of our lonely warrior, you will certainly not get tired, but in training you will consciously make a move that you have to assimilate and a pattern that will fit into your body in your muscles and brain. It’s so short. What i need In fact, it’s just a moment of time, some space and a pinch of motivation. Exercise videos will be published once a week so that each exercise can be well recorded. At the beginning we will deal with a knife, weapon or tool that can be easily held in hand without damaging our surroundings (without breaking anything within our reach).
